It does work, but....
Was unbalanced and had a definite wobble. Had to make a set of shims for underneath with a few holes drilled to add/subtract weight on the mounting of this to get an even spin. Okay for the price but do know that you may have to take steps to get a good true spin to this.

Good for the price
I use this diamond grinding wheel to sharpen HHS and carbide end and face mills. It seems to run true and perform well.

Grinds carbide lathe tools without a wimper.
Right out of the box I mounted this wheel to my bench grinder and trimmed up some brazed carbide cutting tools and the tools went from poor performance to excellent performance.
