When I initially purchased the item, I was happy with the sound quality and with how it was relatively easy to use. I didn't receive or misplaced the instructions, yet had no difficulty syncing the dual settings. However I was quite pissed off when a short time later, one earbud was non functional. And I could not purchase a single bud as a replacement. My original review was not exactly complimentary. A number of days ago I was contacted by intcrown who read the review and sent a upgraded replacement which works quite well. Nice to see that occassionally some sellers are willing to stand behind their product. I would certainly purchase from intcrown again.

Would buy again...Did buy again!I bought these as a secret santa/white elephant gift for a family party and my husband ended up coming home with them. We both have been slow to the bluetooth headphone game, so this was our first introduction into it but we've really liked them!I saw a pair was discounted through Amazon Warehouse so I bought another pair for myself, but that set had an issue with not pairing with our technology. When I reached out to Amazon about this, they sent me a new pair for the refurbished price! !Overall I use these primarily for working out and they stay in the ears very well. Usually jogging is the ultimate in-ear test for headphones and these are properly weighted and shaped to not gradually slip out while on a quick, though slow, run :)I cannot necessarily compare these to Apple airpods, but for the price point, these are a great option.

They are really comfortable, and while pairing is not intuitive, I got them working after a few tries. You Really have to follow instructions here otherwise you will end up with two paired devices and being able to only listen to one ear at a time. They sound good, and for listening to audio only they are pretty great. When I tried YouTube however the sound has a delay and I did not like that as much.The ear buds stay in place but feel a tad loose. I have not tried them at the gym, let's see!

So I'm actually kind of disappointed with these because reading the instructions and trying to pair them it just did it the way it wanted to it didn't pair it with the ear that I wanted it to pair with but then if my phone is not like sitting in my bra strap close to the headphones it like Cuts in and out and then when trying to talk to people on the phone they can barely even hear me so I like it for my music and I wish that it would last more than two hours but the mute the sound quality is good I just wish that you could hear me out of my ear when when people are talking to me and that they lasted longer

Update: Customer service was amazing, they were kind enough to help guide us in solving the issue. Even though I had already bought a new set. I'm amazed they work hard on helping the customer, and any issues that occur with their products.Bought this as a gift for my husband. He loved them right off the start. But not even a week of use the left bud stopped charging. He had no other issues, but that's a major flaw. So now ordering a different set and hopefully those work .

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my son. After opening them we couldn't get one to do anything. It wouldn't charge or turn on.Of course, Amazon gladly exchanged them for me and the second set works fine. They do seem to cut out when the battery gets low. We will see how long they last. Im glad i didnt gift them to someone else...

Pros: Affordable, lightweight, good overall soundCons: none yetI've owned these for about two months now and use them 6-8 times a week for varying lengths of time. Battery seems to last just at 3.5-4 hours, a full recharge via the case is fairly quick, maybe 20-30 minutes? I have used them in windy conditions and they perform well. Once they get the initial pairing done they stay connected and are easy to swap between devices. Calls come through one ear only, and if you take one out and walk more than 2-3 feet away, the connection breaks up, so you have to keep them near each other. When using them the Bluetooth stays connected very well through walls and at a distance in my experience. Overall sound is very good for the price. Don't expect audiophile quality, but for the general user these sound great.

The quality is really nice for this price, even a little over the price. If you don’t wanna spent too much money on a pair of earbuds, you should go for this one. When I wear it to sleep, after I woke up, the earbuds still in my ears, it does not fall out.
