Select Golf Hitting Net, Baffle, and Golf Net Target with DIY Frame Corners - 10' Poles NOT Included

I really wanted to give this this product a really high rating, but it kept presenting me with reasons no to.The Good:It was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged and easily unpacked.Now that the net is installed, using the frame corners on conduit, it works great. I hit golf balls into it every day and have no concerns with any ball getting through.It's a cost effective way to practice "ball" sports in a small area.The Bad:(1) More than a quarter of the fastener threads in the frame corners, and T's required re-tapping in order for the hook-bolts to engage with the conduit. Many of these threads were only partially tapped through about half of the hole depth. This was disappointing as I could not start setting up the net until I figured out the correct tap size, order it, and do the work. The correct size is 8mm X 1.25 CHANNELLOCK 8334 8mm x 1.25 Metric Tap (2) The second item, which is minor, but added hours to the installation was that the net corners ribbon colors did not match the installation instructions. The top and rear corners have colored ribbons tied to them which identify the front and rear corners, for ease of installation. Upon removal of the net, which is package such that it does not tangle, I hung the red corners in the front as stated by the instructions. Turns out my red ribbon colors did not match the instructions and were not the front of the net. That seems small, but taking the net down and turning it around leads to tangling. I had to untangle the net and re-hang. If you are doing this without help, this little annoyance of having the corners not match the instructions added much time.(3) I did have to adjust one of the corner knots in order for the net to connect (stretch) to one of the fastener points using the hooks provided. I even tried to ratchet the net in place but just couldn't get it stretch a full 10 feet until I untied, and adjusted the corner.(4) The impact baffle rivet was loose in one of the corners and fell out upon hanging. I'm not real happy about that because the rivets are required to prevent damage to the rest of the net. The time and cost of repairing the rivet a major disappointment.So there's the good and the bad and why it gets a 3/5 stars from my opinion. This net is indeed a cimarron golf net, or at least mine was.I'm very pleased with it now that it's installed, self-repaired, and setup.

Nice quality item. Netting, metal connectors, backstop baffle and impact net are all well made. Easily assembles with conduit pipes (not included). Purchased 6 months ago and use indoors for a golf simulator. Works perfectly with no issues or complaints. Recommended highly

Easy to set up and the net stops real golf balls

I bought the 10x10 and that one takes 11 1" EMT. That Electrical conduit pipe. It would have been good to know that from a review or somewhere on the page. I found the quality of the parts to be top notch and at it's price a certain 5 Star Value. The instructions are a 1 Star and can be very greatly improved upon. You will need to cut both of the top 10' sections so that a second pipe overhead can sit a few inches off of the back net. A Conduit cutter would be best for this. Then the instruction say that red taps ar at the front and yellow are at the upper corners in back BUT there is an inside and outside to this net. The rope sides on the edge of the nets goes on the inside. Those are keys that are missing in the instructions.

I bought this Item so I can have a home driving range. 10x10x10 is great for a person of any size. I'm 6'5'' so I was worried I might hit a club on a bar. I hope to have this for years.

Easy to set up even at less than 10’. Just zip tie the bottom.The netting and archery baffle are very durable.The thumbscrews work well with the pre-tapped holes in the corners.

This is just perfect in the garage able to use it for both my girls, one loves golf the other uses it for hitting softball and kicking her soccer ball.
