Haitian Coffee (Cuckoo-Roo Ground, Single bag)

Here is a delicious, easy way to help the coffee farmers of the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Excellent taste, superb reason to buy it. I love these Haitian beans. Just a wonderful flavor and aroma. Packaging is great and I love that with each purchase, some of the proceeds goes back to Haiti. A cause I can truly get behind. I’m on my second bag and will continue to purchase.

I try different coffees to make cold brew. This is the third time that I have tried Singing Rooster Cuck-Roo. It is the only coffee that I have reordered after the first time. It is very smooth, no acidic taste, no bitter taste. It is a great medium coffee.

The rather course grind works very well and gives good flavor if made in a French press, but will turn out weak if used in a K-cup or other single-cup maker. It needs time to brew!

This is one of the best coffee I have tried since I have drunk coffee around the world. I have traveled around the world this coffee is very close to its cousin the Jamaican blue mountain coffee. The roast might be a bit darker than the blue mountain. This coffee is rather on the sweet side with hint of cocoa, and it is not acidic like the Colombian and the Brazilian coffees.

When I first ordered this roast, I was uncertain about how it would compare to the Vienna roast, so I got both. Cuckoo-Roo is definitely my favorite. If I get the correct amount of beans, I use just a measure spoon which can heap extra beans if not careful, and using my French press, this coffee is truly outstanding for smoothness and flavor subtlety. I am hoping that the hurricane ravaged farmers of Haiti are able to rapidly recover and get the coffee drinking world to recognize their coffee as being a truly great world class coffee.

It really good coffee!!!I haven't drank coffee for long time becouse I couldn't find good one and stomach problem.But it's very gentle for stomach and rich taste!!!I can not stop to drink this coffee.I bought many kink of coffee but this is best 1😍
