Weak customer support
I got this to turn an ordinary wallet into a "smart" wallet mostly for tracking purposes. I'm always losing my wallet. My wife gifted me a walli smart wallet which I loved, but it was too bulky. This eliminated the bulk while providing easy to use tracking features on a very basic and intuitive app. Paired with my Pixel 2 the card worked very well. Unfortunately the card stopped working about a month in and wouldn't recharge or turn on. I had recharged it so a lack of charge wasn't the problem, it simply stopped working.This is when I reached out to the customer support. About two weeks passed and I finally got a response. Something about servers being unavailable and my email being missed. Fine, I ignored the bogus reason and after giving a summary of the problem and troubleshooting I performed, they decided to send me a new card and charger. I was told to expect this in the coming days. It's nearing a month and I still haven't gotten anything. I followed up with two emails, one at two weeks and another recently and nothing. When I went to the site to their contact page the link is now broken (URL is void). I found this odd since every other link on the page works except for the one to get customer support. This to me seems shady.My recommendation based on this experience is to avoid this product. I might have gotten a faulty unit, but there's no excusing the lack of feedback from the support team. I'll update if I hear back.UPDATE 1/7/18 - Received replacementHad to resort to IG and FB to get the companies attention. I saw they were posting news so I posted publically that I wasn't getting responses from customer support and that their contact us section was broken. I received a response to those posts immediately and a follow up email shortly after. The response assured me I would be taken care of and a new card was shipped from Australia. I was given tracking so I could keep monitor my shipment.Two weeks later I got my new card and am glad to report that I received what looks like a new and improved model. The charger is larger and has a nice status LED ring, giving it a more upscale look. The original was a tiny plastic puck. Didn't feel flimsy but the difference in build vs the new is night and day.Since last receiving the card, the app has been updated and there's more handy features now. I loved the card and love it more now. I'll upgrade the review to 4 stars and keeping it there due to the bad customer support experience. I noticed they finally fixed their contact page after pointing out my issues. So hopefully future customers don't have issues getting customer support. Despite the long wait for support, this card is still a buy for me and I recommend it.

Great idea but...
I love the idea of this product. I am someone that looses stuff in my dorm constantly. So to be able to ring my wallet was a huge want for me.Pro.1. It does what it says it does2. The fact that they made it wireless charge in such a slim form factor with a speaker.3. The app is well put togetherCons.1. It is not loud enough for me. I have it in my wallet and since there is no visible speaker grills or openings I don't know the best orientation for maximum volume.Overall it is a great idea and they just need a little more Innovation and this will be a great product. If they work out the kinks it will be a great generation 2 (if they make another generation). Hope this was helpful!

Pleasantly surprised! Was a little worried, but I love the product
I saw this demoed in person at a convention and thought it was an amazing product. I instantly wanted one, but I was a little concerned by some reviews here saying that card's alarm wasn't loud enough when used the app to look for it. I bought one anyway and was pleasantly surprised! I could hear it just fine.The feature to call your phone from the card is also amazing. It will even override when your phone is on silent, which is super helpful because my phone is almost always on silent, and I lose it in my house frequently.LOVE LOVE LOVE Safedome.

90% Perfect
If you're someone who loses track of things then this is a God send. You're able to create "safe zones" in the app like "home" or "work" so the app doesn't go off all the time. Only 2 minor downsides, the noise the card makes is a bit too quiet and it loses connection but that's a rarity.

Item's funtionality disabled in app
Worked fine for a month, then the developers decided to remove the feature that alerts you when the card loses Bluetooth connection. This is the entire point of the device, and they didn't even bother to let users know that they did it. Supposedly functionality will be restored "before Christmas 2018". Completely worthless until this happens. Don't buy.

Doesn’t really work.
i don’t even know where to begin. first of all mine wouldn’t charge whatsoever, it would constantly disconnect from the app (maybe because it was dead) or not connect all day. i reaches out to customer service for advice or perhaps a replacement but would stop replying after a few days and wouldn’t get back to me even though i sent them several emails. at to top it everything off i actually had my wallet stolen! and did this card save the day? absolutely not. doubt i’d get a word back from the seller now since i couldn’t to begin with. don’t let me bad experience deter you from getting it, you might turn out better than me but i wouldn’t exactly recommend.

Good little product
I haven't lost anything yet while having the tracker so can't say it "saved the day" yet but I did purchase something similar and cheaper in the past and this is a better value. I like the slimness of the tracker it can fit in my wallet without a lot of bulk. I also like that it alerts you when you separate it but does not make a loud annoying noise forever, I had this with a cheaper version. It does seem accurate as far as when it was last connected. I also like that it comes with a charger rather than having to by batteries all the time for something

It’s okay at the time, I just wish the chime was louder & it should alert you less than a minute soon as you walk away from your wallet.

Prototype?
Good concept, but feels like a prototype. App (on ios) crashes. Inconsistent alerts. Sound lewel is low. Overall a dissapointment.

Cool product
Works well, fits perfectly in my wallet. I like that I can recharge my phone too.

Worked for about 4 months. Now it is dead
It worked for about 4 months. and now, it doesn't connect, doesn't charge, when I push the button on the card and it does nothing! I didn't bend the card or anything. It just stop working! When it does working, the sound that generate is so low... you won't able to hear it. Forget it! Wasted my money! The technology not there yet!

Dont bother
The device is glitchy at bestconstantly fires false positives and the customer support gives basic answers which are not helpful

Stopped working after 2 months (the card was not recharging) and the company never replied to my emails.
