It work for stop snoring!!
This products it really work!!This product stops the problem at the source.Think about where snoring happens. Not from our noses, it's from our epiglottis and uvula being too close to each other. So The products that clip on the nose and force air in, or adhesive strips that try to open our nasal passages, seem to be missing the point. Here’s a quick way to check if this product might work. I try making a snoring sound, even loud or comically... and while making a fake snore sound, I jut my jaw out as far as I can without hurting myself. For me the snore stops. With my lower jaw pushed forward, I can barely make the snore sound, and suddenly I find myself just freely, easily inhaling air, like I'm taking a deep yoga breath. The Eliminator does the same thing, but keeps my jaw in that jutted out position while I sleep, with soft moldable silicon. It's re-moldable with just hot water, so I can keep adjusting it, to find the perfect position. Makes a world of difference to be able to BREATHE while I sleep, without having dreams of choking, or waking myself up with snoring, or having to crick and cock my neck trying to find a no-snore position so I can breathe easy and fall back asleep.I don't know if this product will work for everyone, so try the test. If the test works, then likely this product will work. After that, it's a matter of adjusting to having a mouthpiece in your mouth while sleeping, but the potential benefit is not being strangled by snoring.

Bought this device to stop my snoring.Works.
Bought this device to stop my snoring. I molded it according to the directions and tried it.The water need to be hot enough to mold the plastic.I trimmed 1/2" off the back of the mouth piece and boiled the mouthpiece. Molded it (was not uncomfortable) and went to bed as usual. My partner said I was quiet whole night. Overall, when I sleep with the mouthpiece in, the snoring stops. I tried an athletic mouthpiece and it didn't help. But this one works. Recommend.

Recommended!!
I have been using a very very expensive anti snoring/grinding guard mouthpiece from my dentist for about five years and it's been getting less and less effective. I AM used to sleeping with a device in my mouth so when I used this one for the first time it was very comfortable and much softer. After one night, my wife says my snoring was very much improved with just a little low vibration at times. My jaw is less stressed this morning!! To those who are trying a mouth piece for the first time just be patient. I could deal with this right away since I've been using a different one for years but I can see where it would feel intrusive for a beginner.Overall, I'm so pleased I just ordered another one!! Recommended!!

Not for sleeping in.
I’ve had a dentist fitted mouth guard for years due to teeth grinding at night. Ordered this to see if it would be an inexpensive alternative. I knew it wouldn’t be as good as a proper one but it’s so bad I don’t know how it’s marketed as something you can sleep in. A boxer’s mouth guard? Absolutely. Because I looked like one wearing it. The moulding process was fairly straightforward however it’s so big and cumbersome I couldn’t sleep With it In. I also hadn’t realised it’s not one that goes on just one set of teeth. It didn’t fit well to my teeth so would’ve fallen out, that’s if it wasn’t preventing me from closing my mouth and letting it fall out in the first place.Back to the dentist I guess! You do get what you pay for in hindsight.

It isn't comfortable. Big and not easy to mould.
I read some reviews before I bought this product, and a lot of them said not to leave the mouth guard in the water too long. So I did that (only by a few seconds), and nothing happened. I left it in the water longer (again, by a few seconds), and it seemed like it was melting (i know thats supposed to happen), but it was really fast; the instructions said to wait before placing it in your mouth (so it's not too hot), but by the time I did that it was hard. I don't know if this is to do with the weather because I'm in London and it's January or what. Basically, I'm assuming it didn't mould properly and so it made it uncomfortable to use. However, I think its quite big anyway, I wasn't able to close my mouth, so I grind my teeth anyway trying to keep my mouth closed.

Back to the dentist again
I used to have a mouth guard made by the dentist, so I tried this to see if it would work against grinding my teeth. It does not! It's so big that I can't close my mouth so it keeps falling out. I tried to re-shape it several times, but I don't know who's gigantic teeth this is made for. I am rather paying £350 to the dentist for a propper one. On the pluss side, it doesnt smell or taste funny...
