Fireworks - Standard

Technically speaking this movie doesn't really do anything breathtaking outside the animation which itself is superb, however after having watched it twice now, it leaves me feeling a certain way that i can't put into words, not melancholy nor is it happiness, but something different, it is definitely not a movie for everybody and i understand how some people find it bland, but this movie holds a special place in my heart, and thus to me it's a biased 5/5Would recommend as at least a single watching.

Well animated still better than majority of animated films out there, slightly rehashes ideas from better known films a girl who leapt through time and 5 cm per second but does not detract from overall enjoyability. Worth at least one view. Interesting and original animation towards the end of movie

A great movie. It has some things in common with "The girl who lept through time" and makes you think about the choices made between friendship and love

The characters, their relationships, their motives weren't made clear, leading to a disconnect between the audience and the characters we are supposed to be sympathetic with. the 4 minute AMV for the song that plays over the credits on the DAOKO YouTube channel tells a more compelling love story while being a great song in and of itself.

Beautiful anime....reminds me of weathering with you...
