Great quality
This Digital Caliper is a nice quality, feels heavy, and can lock its position. I have used it quite a lot and it has been extremely reliable! With careful use the caliper works great. Extra batteries is a big bonus as well. I like them so much I needed another. Review updated 2-1-19

This is a great caliper tool for the price!
This caliper was ordered using same day shipping to help on a project at work. I have compared this set with my mitutoyo tools and height gauges at the bench and I've only really gotten a variance of a half a thousandth. The main division of our company is headed by an engineer from Europe and all of his dimensions are in metric. I am a machinist by trade and deal with +/- .005" for most dimensions. I have a few parts and tests that I deal with that are larger than 6 inches, so I decided to get a spare set of calipers for the larger parts. These calipers actually ended up being more accurate and easier to use than the expensive versions. They automatically turn on when you start to slide them and they always remember their position. With these calipers it's nice to just push the button and start dealing in millimeters. The fit and finish is not the same quality as the higher-priced brands but this caliper saved me so much money on my project.

Basic vernier caliper. Easy to use.
This digital caliper is easy to use and an essential tool for the home hobbyist or gunsmith. This caliper has all the essential features. Depth, width, and inside measurement, all with a great degree of accuracy. The digital screen is large and easy to read and can be switched between imperial and metric measurements. You can also "zero" the caliper at any setting to get a "difference of" measurement. Also included is a thumb screw to lock the slide in place to prevent accidental inaccuracies.Caliper comes in a form fitting hard case with a couple of extra batteries. Mine arrived in excellent condition and ready to use. As an amateur reloader and firearms enthusiast this is as essential tool in my toolbox.

Pretty good for the price
I bought this set of calipers for use in car audio installtion, so highly precise measurements are not a requirement for me. Now, these are definitely not in the same accuracy caliber of Mitutoya calipers (which cost about 3-5 times more $$), but they get the job done. All in all, pretty decent for the price, and they actually come in a plastic case and with an extra pair of batteries as well. The storage case is no frills, meaning it is just a molded plastic case, where the more costly ones have a foam insert that is cut to the exact shape as the calipers, to ensure very good protection of the tool, as the extra protection is required on the ultra highly precise brands like Mitutoya. I used to work as a CNC machinist, where the precision really did count, and these would not be recommended for those applications. But for day to day, DIY projects in the garage and at home, they definitely fit the bill.

Great price! Does the job
My husband needed a new one of these for work, local hardware store it was 3 times the price. he’s constantly losing his tools so it is pretty frustrating having to replace all the time, I decided to look for a cheaper alternative! So glad that I did, he’s very happy with the quality of it, it’s very well-made for the price we just can’t go wrong! Extreme value, accurate and easy to use! Very highly recommended!

Not as accurate as i'd like for the price
It feels heavy, though parts are a little wobbly. More importantly it's not quite accurate, it was a little off on the few things that I measured. It feels like a cheaper caliper even though it costs the same as a middle ground one. Disappointed.

Easy to use
I had an old one that I couldn't read anymore so I purchased this one. It is better than I expected. Very easy to use and the display is very clear. It is heavier than I thought. Made of very good material. I really appreciated the extra batteries that were included.

Decent for price, poorly machined, electronics good
Good for price. Hold's the zero with several slides back and forth. I don't have gage blocks to test calibration. The bad: asymmetrical machining on tips (thickness is slightly different on the edge of the chamfered portion on the OD tips. One of the ID tips was filed too much, so it is 20 thou shorter than the other tip and rounded. There is also a gap between the two when viewed longitudinally. I won't be trusting the measurement from there.
