Osso Good Butternut Squash Soup, 6 - 12 Ounce Pouches, Ships Frozen

These foods are perishable and should be better packaged for delivery. This was my first purchase of the Soup Variety pack and the broth variety pack. The broth made it partially thawed and I believe it is still good, however; the soups were not even cold. For the price point and the VERY long shipping time, I am extremely disappointed. As far as quality goes, I can't comment on the soups because I had to dispose of them because they were spoiled. But the broth is excellent! I have the standard grocery store broth and Jarrows powder broth to compare Osso to. Osso is by far in the top for quality. Hope this helps others. Just be wary of the lead times and the condition it arrives in. I am not a fan of thawing and refreezing whole food.

The first try was pretty good but the second time I thought I came down with the flu...but it was food poisoning I guess you better be precise with the spoiling date because I thought I barley defrosted the package and had the soup the next day... was in bed 3 days sick as a dog

Apparently, they were supposed to be frozen, but were hot by the time they arrived. It said to keep them refrigerated, so I feared they were spoiled. I was going out of town and I really needed them, so I took a chance and ate them during the week. Thankfully, I did not get negative side-effects, so they must have not been hot for long.

The soups are tasty, not salty, and fresh - so 4 stars for that. Minus one because, due to poor packaging for shipment, all of the soups were completely thawed when I received them. That meant I only had a few days to eat them all (and sadly, I ended up throwing a couple away!) I’ve never had that issue with the broths, which always arrive completely frozen.

These are quality soups, and I love the ingredients. However I’ve ordered twice and both times they’ve arrived nearly or completely defrosted, despite use of dry ice and some insulation. More dry ice needs to be used. For the price, I need them to arrive more frozen

I've always loved Osso Good Bone Broth, and I love that I can now buy it on Amazon! These soups are delicious, creamy, and so good for you - all thanks to the addition of bone broth in these soups. Believe me, you'll love grilled cheese and tomato soup even more with bone broth!

My whole family (kids included) loved the soup - very fresh tasting. Before purchasing I contacted the company by email to check in on some questions regarding what ingredients they have in their facility because we have a severe allergy in our family. They were very prompt in getting back to me right away and thoroughly answered my questions. Each container is one serving size, we had smaller bowls and split the serving size. They thaw very quickly under running water. If not totally thawed the top can be easily cut open rather than using the spout to pour the soup out.

I've been a long time fan of Osso Good Bone Broth. This soup pack is the perfect addition...especially good to sip on during this cold, snowy Wisconsin winter. Flavors are bright. Ingredients are clean. Nice to have something so tasty, that's also so good for me.
