It does seem an excessive price to pay for such a small item, and when you take it out of the box you'll probably wonder how such a small and seemingly flimsy thing can make any difference at all. But it does. Quite a surprising amount. Being soft and slim, it fits easily inside shoes without discomfort, and holds the foot snugly without rubbing, putting it into the best possible alignment. Obviously it depends on how bad the problem is, it can't work miracles. But I felt an immediate relief and support.If you're a man with large feet this is not going to fit you however. My feet are a size 7, and I bought the large size, which fits well, so it's highly unlikely it would be much use to anyone with a foot size over an 8.

I can not recommend this product highly enough. I walk many miles a day. Bunion pain is my friend. However since buying this toe support the pain has reduced greatly. well worth the purchase. Just a small tip. Put bubble wrap around the foot like in the old days people would wrap there feet against the cold. The Bubble wrap helps cushion the bunion against the shoe/boot/trainer that you are wearing.
