Q: do you have a basket to hold the ingredients instead of it being hollow?

Aside from the stainless steel "basket" displayed in products photos, I do not use any other form of "basket" to hold the ingredients being pressed.

Q: What size bag fits this press?

It will take about a week for us to put up suitable mesh bags.

Q: Are the holes small enough to keep elderberry seeds out while pressing?
