Q: Is this product vegan&cruelty cruelty free?

The packaging does not say vegan but it does say it is green because it is not tested on animals among other things. I would contact the company at 1-888-841-4722 for further answers not found on the packaging. I will say I LOVE this product and it works really well. I seems to work better than the pods I've used from Cascade before.

Q: Why there' s white film on glass after washes?

I haven't had this problem at all. Our glasses always come out super shiny with this product.I sometimes get a film on plastic with this detergent, but it rinses off in the sink.My guess would be that there are minerals in your water supply that are reacting with the detergent. Maybe try a detergent for hard water?

Q: Are these pods hard or squishy? I need pods that are not hard.

They aren't hard but not gel soft

Q: Are these safe to use with a septic & well?

Yes, the product is safe for a septic system. I'm not sure about the well. I was under the assumption, a well provides the water for the appliances then goes into the septic system. If this is the case, then yes, it is safe for both.
