Came already opened, damaged, no instruction manual; bad design
To Amazon's credit, they did issue a partial credit for the damage, but I have no idea why an already opened item was shipped as if new. The opened box was put into another box so it's hard to believe the person picking the order didn't realize what they were doing.Construction is not as good as other Quik-Lok products. Frame is flimsy when assembled, and twists.The worst part is that it rocks forward with the back of the rack lifting up about an inch off the surface it's resting on. The angle of the rack needs to be leaning back further to be stable.Overall, this is a disappointing product from Quik-Lok (whose stands are awesome). It's get-me-by quality, and there are plenty of other brands that would give this quality at a cheaper price.
