Good product
The edge guards fit and look great and are easy to trim. I did notice that they fit a little tighter against the rubber seal, which causes the door not to close every time. It just happens on one door and it just takes another try to latch it fully.

Just installed on my F150 truck
Very good quality and easy to install. I used a rubber mallet to tap-tap-tap it into place. I have four doors and there was plenty to go around and protect door edges. I have used a 3M clear plastic product before or another car and it looked great (invisible) but failed when it hit on the same spot repeatedly. This door guard matched my paint and is substantial yet unobtrusive. Hint: Use a mallet AND use quality snips to cut to length. There is a metal component within that will not cut easily with regular scissors.

Super easy to install with a rubber mallet
Seems to be very high quality, was pretty easy to cut with some sharp scissors then use needlenose pliers to pull out the one exposed metal piece. Fits great on the rear doors(where I needed them), unfortunately the front doors of one of our vehicles have a much thicker edge to them so they didn't quite fit right there. I used the extra to do the doors of my other vehicle instead. Honestly not totally in love with the look, but it's worth it for the protection!

Makes the car look polished.
I have a pretty tight garage so I got this for a little extra protection rather than putting up those pool noodles on the wall like my parents did. No complaints as it does what it's suppose to but this didn't come with any written instructions. Basically clean the area first and let it dry, then place it along your car's door edge with a rubber mallet and cut the excess. The seller states not to get it wet for 24 hrs so be cognizant. It covers 2 cars easily and doesn't seem to affect the closing of the door. There's texture to this edge trim so you may not like it if you want a smoother look. It seems to have a pretty good grip on the door, probably because of the double teeth mechanism. My car actually looks more polished with it especially since I already have black trim.

AWESOME FIT!
So. This was my first time EVER putting on door guards. So... it was a learning experience. I didnt have a rubber mallet to use... so I used a tack hammer. Yes. You need something to tap these all the way on. You can get them started with your hand. But you need something to finish the job. I liked these bc there is no adhesive. *prob the reason they require some elbow grease lol* they went on beautifully! I was worried about the ability to curve with the doors. Or with my back hatch. They were perfect! I bought one pack. And it was able to do all 4 doors and the back hatch. With about 6 inches left.Great product!

Door Edge Guards, 2018 Hyundai Tucson SEL SUV
Pros:–Good fit on all four doors of 2018 Hyundai Tucson SEL SUV with 8-1/2 feet left, could have purchased a shorter roll–Used a good pair of scissors to cut the material because it is metal reinforced, suggested rubber mallet by other reviewers is not required–Like the textured, matte finish of the material, much better than typical glossy finish of other door guards–4 door installation took about 20 minutes--quick, easy and looks great. Applied on a very warm day so material was pliable–Like that guards do not require use of adhesive strips inside, the embedded pegs firmly hold the material in place–I would definitely use the same product for other applicationsCons:–The edge guard material is thick, you need sufficient clearance between the meets of the driver/passenger doors for the guards not to contact each other--Bottom 4 inches of left passenger door base rubs against the driver door, it is not a fault of the door guard material but way the car was manufactured, causes a noticeable squeaking noise only when the passenger door is closed. This is probably unique to my particular vehicle. Right side driver/passenger doors have good clearance, no issues. Applied lanolin body moisturizing cream on driver side to reduce contact/friction and it somewhat helps. Will continue monitoring to see whether rubbing issue corrects itself over time.Other thoughts:–I found the rubber mallet recommendation by other reviewers to be over-rated and probably unnecessary. I used a heavy pot holder, folded in half, with a regular steel hammer to lightly tap the guards in place, it worked great and I’m sure it did not damage the original door edge or chip paint.–Start guard installation at the top of the door. Use left hand to hold potholder in place, gently tap material with right hand, slowly inching down the door edge. Material naturally followed the door contour without my guidance down to the bottom. Finished installation looks professional and secure without puckers or any areas seeming to separate from the door. Be patient, tap lightly, slowly inching down will help prevent bulging of the material and require no adjustments. During installation, periodically stop and inspect, tap any areas if the finished application line looks curved, then continue, you want a smooth flowing finished edge.–At the top of each guard installation, I started with a 45 degree cut so it appears as a natural flow from the plastic moulding, then finished the installation with a straight 180 degree cut.

Durable, Very Strong, Easy To Install, Very Nice!
I recomended it 100% it is worth every dollar, it looks very nice on my challenger and the mustang, it defines and protects the doors. I bought the one with adhesive before for the two vehicles, but did not last fell of right away on both of the vehicles waste of money. You ought to buy these door guard, don't wait. Will post pictures of how nice the guard looks.

Just what I needed
This product was super easy to install. Thank you to the reviewer that suggested a rubber mallet and metal snippers. Easy, Peasy. It did not take away from the overall look of my little sports car. AND it is now protecting the edges from paint chips. I had a small oopsie and had to have the left side painted last fall and stored it for the winter. The car garage didn't do as good a job as expected and the car edge had started to chip/peel. They would not fix it due to time lapse (they didn't care that I live in Iowa and stored the car for the winter so don't drive it until Spring when the issues arose) so I had to get creative. All is well.
