This installed easily and so far has been very helpful at preventing water from getting in the garage. Had a terrible downpour and water came in so we wished we would have bought the 1 1/2" but for as much rain that came it still prevented a lot of it from getting in the garage. I would and have recommended this product to anyone with a problem trying to keep rain or snow out of their garage.

I had to use non removable black marker to cover the yellow color area so that you can't see it when the garage door is closed. I only did that to the side that faces the outside.

This thing worked surprisingly well. I was totally skeptical when it arrives and after the install but it has proven its worth. Zero h2o in my garage.

Within six months the glue holding the dam came off and water started coming inside the garage when it rains. Would not recommend this product. Spoke Garadry sales and they advised me to buy glue and apply more.

Very happy with purchase. I used this to divert water on my sloped driveway and it's working like a charm. The included adhesive works well and I don't expect there to be much of any maintenance.

Good product, follow instructions, use enough adhesive

Very overpriced for what you get and installation isn't straight-forward if your garage floor isn't totally level. If you are considering using this, keep in mind that you will most likely need a bottom seal for the door itself. Do yourself a favor and see what is available off-the-shelf at your local big box store, before committing to this product.Customer service is extremely unhelpful and answers in snarky one sentence emails rather than trying to help end users with installation issues.
