Kosmo's Pineapple Heat is amazing, the flavor is perfect for ribs you get enough heat and sweet to make incredible tasting ribs, I can't even describe the flavor you'll have to try it yourself, one thing I will do differently next time is to add more Kosmos because I didn't put but maybe a quarter of a cup thinking I could overdo it, next time i'm using half the bottle for two racks.The first bite I took I was amazed, perfectly tender, perfectly moist and perfectly cooked can't wait for round 2!!!First time i've ever smoked ribs, used @Girlgonegrilling from Youtube's "Fall Off The Bone" method of 275f for 2 hours, put the glaze/butter and wrap for 2 hours meaty side down on top of glaze and butter then remove the top layer of foil so the meaty side is exposed to the smoker again for 30 mins then rest and eat.Used Crispy's Mango Habanero for the rub.

I'm kinda tired of bbq sauce and tried this on some baby back pork ribs. I poured it on heavy after the ribs were done. This stuff is unbelievable! My new favorite way to have ribs. I wouldn't worry about this being too spicy, it has a subtle level of heat. Do you want your ribs to literally shine? I've used it in pulled pork along with more rub with fantastic results too. This stuff is expensive, but it is really good 👍.

... but more of a presentation enhancer than anything else. The flavor profile is basically a honey-like sweetness with a mildy-sharp kick of spice at the back of the pallet. The overall flavor profile is mild and you'll notice the sweetness more than anything else.This is really more of a presentation glaze that brings up reds in your cook a bit more, sweetness, and a little bit of heat in the background. Don't worry though, this stuff is mild in the spice department. However, some of your spice babies might whimper about it... I've used this glaze maybe two dozen times and my local store was out of it. Count on saving ~$3 to 4 dollars if you buy elsewhere. Amazon just had it in stock and it was convenient.Just some final thoughts on this stuff-You're not going to wreck the homemade or commercial rub if you finish with this stuff. Its sweet by itself but it's also one of those glazes you use sparingly. We also eat with our eyes and this just adds another slobber factor. The color and shine you'll get from this stuff is top-notch.Good stuff folks!

Can't believe how I never thought to use this on fowl before now. Turkey 🦃, Chicken 🐓 or Duck 🦆, whether Roasting or smoking, using this Glaze during the last 15 minutes of the cook will make it absolutely delicious! 👌

I literally thought that it was going to have some kick on the back end but I was disappointed. my family was really disappointed about that. But great flavor overall.
