At first it looks scary but after you start using it you will know how useful it is. It is much much better than those curling wands available.

Finally I have mastered the technique to produce beautiful curls with this productI lot of buyers complained about hair getting stuck which eventually had to be cut off! But that happens when you don't follow the instructions.Few things to be kept in mind while using this product:1) see the video for demo on the internet2) keep the side with the buttons towards your face and not vice versa--- you will end up getting your hair stuck3) use section clips to part your hair properly!!! Any loose strand may get caught in the equipment unknownly4) while placing the hair within the machine, kept the strands absolutely straight.Don't take too much of hair or too littleYou need to be patient with this product and trust me the results are excellent...Doesn't heat the hair too much and yet the curls remain intactYou need to practice and the result will be great!

Worst product experience.Had to cut hairs.Total waste of money.

Absolutely fake product.. My hair got stuck which is so dangerous... This is not an original product.. Babyliss shud sue this vendor...
