What is this supposed to taste like? I just got mine and it doesn't taste like what I was expecting. It is not sweet, but more smokey and burnt.

It's not very sweet, but super concentrated "honey" flavor mixed with what I imagine eating fully bloomed goldenrod tastes like. I didn't get smokey or burnt, just slightly metallic and grassy/flowery.

The consistency is like thick peanut-butter and just as brown. Did it go bad during shipping? or is this normal for the product? Thank You.

In my experience, royal jelly is meant to be thick. It's not like regular honey, it's what the bees feed to the Queen. It can be light amber to brown as well. It sounds like it's perfectly normal to me.

Why does it taste like ther are fine grain/sand particles when diluting in water.

It is most likely due to eleuthero which is a root and an adaptogen or could be from Korean ginseng as well.

What is the storage instructions for this product? Fridge,freezer, room temperature. ? Thanks

The bottle says "Do not keep in refrigerator", so I just stored it like honey or cereal at room temperature. And just like honey, it will remain fresh all the time until you finish the bottle.
