I like that you can get 1,500 mg in just one tablet. I do believe it works well, though it's tough to tell. Partly because I think the results are subtle and you have to use it daily for several months to see results. Partly it's because I use it in conjunction with a multi-vitamin. With this combination, though, my nails are healthier and stronger than they've ever been, so I see that as a good sign.

4 months to expiration
D-3 vitamins from GL Nutrition had a relatively short expiration date - just 4 months in the future.

NOT VEGAN!!!
Even though it says vegan in the title, this is NOT vegan. It has pharmaceutical glaze, which is made from insects. I gave it 1 star in each for lack in truth of advertising.
