Love the quality of this hat, the leather hat band is very confortable. The wool is awesome. Was hoping the diameter would have been bigger but still love it. Was hoping it was more like the Outlander TV series characters hats but oh well still love it.

Everything that the other reviewers have said is true - it is a wonderful product, with beautiful detail, perfect fit and quality materials. I am glad i found them and when I need another head covering, will go back to them.

70-ish American Grandma here, old techie, yes, eccentric a little.I live in rainy Seattle, USA, and walk to work. It keeps my head warm and works fine under a rain hood too. No rain hood feels like THIS on your head. It's definitely an upgrade in creature comfort. The build quality is fantastic. The cool factor is out of sight. Very solid value and no BS marketing. I predict I'll be buying more Sterkowski caps. There are many styles and don't miss out on their Grand Beret, or the Sosabowski. I love them all, like crazy!I love that the Polish people are helping the Ukrainians. It does my heart good to get a package from Warsaw.

True to size. More affordable than quality Basque berets. The material is much thiner and lighter so won't protect as well from rain or cold. I also miss the Tail.
