Groz 40004 5 Tray Cantilever Aluminum Tool Box in Groz Orange

I bought this toolbox because i was so tired of buying the larger box store toolkit only for the cheap plastic box that they come in to warp break or drawers fall out of the rails. I do not regret my purchase at all. This thing is built extremely well. I used some kyzan foam to make a layout of all my tools including the sockets and this box holds everything flawlessly. no more worrying about trays breaking or handles falling off. This thing is solid. My only gripe and it is a small one is that the powder coating in some areas was not the best quality but as much as i plan on throwing heavy tools into it the paint would have chipped eventually anyway. Since its made of aluminum i don't have to worry about rust where the paint chipped. If your thinking about getting this just do it you will not be disappointed.

Light and loads of room. Will hold tools including electric drill.

This is just what I had been looking for to keep all my carving tools together.

I like it and lightweight toolbox

Good quality box has held up well. Built vary nicely.

The trays don't nest nicely when it's closed. They are supposed to rest on the edge of the bottom main part of the box, but sometimes they slip off that edge and get slightly jammed inside making it hard to open. This is a design flaw. I can probably drill some holes a rivet a small piece of metal to the bottom edge of the upper tray to make a lip on the edge so it will rest directly on the edge of the box when in closed position like it is supposed to, but the fact I need to modify it to get it to function correctly speaks volumes.I like the chunky gauge aluminum build. I like the handle. I like the overall size and design. I even like the color. But the execution needs a bit of work. Unfortunate because they are like 80% of the way to a top notch product and then fumbled right at the finish line.Also the rivets that hold the trays are a bit sloppy, there's too much play in them.
