Perfect Girlie Cruiser!
I love this bike so much!!! FedEx did damage the box. The basket was packed in firmly and needs to be stuffed with some towels to help the weave open and settle.

Big mistake! I should have paid better attention to the reviews. The bike arrived intact and packaged well. Apparently undamaged. However, first impressions and looks can be deceptive. Front tire arrived slightly warped., enough to give a wobble when riding. Front brake was a mess. I’m no bicycle mechanic. One brake pad was hard against the tire, not the rim, while the other pad was 1 ½ inches away from the tire and rim. After hours reading articles and watching videos on the internet and experimenting, the brakes are usable. The kickstand is a joke and a problem at the same time. The location off the rear wheel doesn’t provide as much stability as one located in the usual position close to the pedals. Once the stand is in the down position, kicking it back up is impossible. I had to lay the bike over and manually force the stand into the up position. The design is a bad.The rear rack/seat will not install. The two forward arms of the rack are a little over and inch wider than the bracket on the frame. The arms will not bend so, no mounting of the rack. The instructions don’t mention the rack at all.An email was sent to eistrood as suggested on the instruction booklet. It follows: Recently I purchased an Eisyrood Cruiser Bike 829-1A through Amazon.com. Assembly can not be completed due to the rear carrier frame being an inch too wide to fit the mounting tabs on the bicycle frame. There is no information regarding attachment of the carrier frame to the bicycle in the user guide. There is one double ended bolt included that appears to be intended for use in attaching the carrier to the frame. However, this bolt is too large to fit thru the holes in either the bike's frame or the carrier's frame. Please advise. Thank you for your consideration.Their response after 5 days: Please send us videos or pictures so we can better help you solve this problem. G So much for customer service.Other than that, it is pink. The paint was applied evenly and welds seem to be sturdy.I should have followed my first inclination and talked my wife out of this particular bike.I’ll donate to some charity.Save your money and keep your blood pressure in the normal range and look elsewhere.

Flawed design, low quality
Bicycle looks great but quality is questionable and we’ve had serious problems from the start. Seat locking mechanism doesn’t hold seat in place and it keeps slipping all the way down. I kept turning the locking nut tighter and tighter but seat would still slip down. Eventually the locking handle broke and I needed to go to the bike shop to buy a new one. The owner of the bike shop confirmed the design of the seat tube was flawed and indeed the new seat locking, while sturdier, is not able to keep the seat in place. Yesterday, the chain fell from the front derailer while my wife was paddling. The bike is barely a week old…

Incomplete instructions and dented part
The front fender was bent. I had to use a rubber hammer to get it to the right shape to be able to assemble. The rest of the bike was as expected, though I have not yet ridden it yet.I will say that the instructions were not great. I liked the video instructions, but they were a little rushed and had to verbal ques. Also they completely skipped over how to assemble the little back seat and other small details.

Low Quality
I got this bike a month back. The bike looks good and my daughter loves it initially (for couple of days). But the quality of the bike is not good. Bike is shaky and not able to ride. Lots of noises. I tried to contact the seller, but only automated chat is enabled and not able to contact the seller. Very disappointed.
