Everything was in the box and the PTO clutch was a perfect fit for my JD 180 lawn tractor. Several mentioned they had to cut the shaft key to fit but this fit mine without any modifications. It was a bit of a project and you will FOR sure need a torque wrench to install this correctly. Make sure you really clean the crank shaft that the PTO is attached to. I also used Anti-Sieze in case I've need to replace the PTO again. A tip on removing the old PTO clutch is using a air hammer. My old PTO wouldn't budge and here's how I got it removed with ease. First completely soak the shaft with any good pentrating oil and let it sit overnight. Then I used my air hammer with a BLUNT end and hammered around the pulley after removing the 3 bolts that hold the clutch together. That exposes the pulley and made it easy to use the air hammer. After about 4 or 5 mins of hitting the bottom of the pulley the clutch just dropped off. Be prepared cause mine just dropped off and it's pretty heavy. The vibration causes the pentrating oil to get seep down the shaft which eventually released the clutch.This appears to be a quality part but only time will tell.....

It was pretty much a direct replacement the only thing I had to do was kit they key way that held the old pto clutch and the main drive pulley for the transmission in place on the crankshaft. The new pto came with a key way made into the sleeve that slides on to the crankshaft. I installed this onto a John Deere 180 lawn tractor and it works great. I had less than 1 hour in removing,cutting and reinstalling the key way. Pto was about a 30 minute job after that. So far it seems like a great product it’s been installed about 5-6 weeks .

If they hadn't weld in the key I would have given this unit a '5'. OK, so I had to remove the old key and cut it down to size. After that it when in without a problem and works like a new unit.

Great quality PTO, great enclosed bearing that seems high strength. Air gap is set and ready to go in the package. It says not to use an impact wrench, I tried...but a few ugga chuggas and I was done in no time.

Plug and play. This was direct swap for my john Deere 180. Install was a breeze. Fit perfectly and was up and running within about a half an hour. Didn't have to splice any wiring which helped things go smoothly. Directions are also included in case there are any concerns. Nice product.

Had to adjust the existing key to make it fit flush to the bottom but runs like a dream now!

Great clutch worked as it should on my JD 180 , good tech support also .
