This seller is less expensive than some, but still more than 2x the price at Sam's club.But... because we didn't have Sam's club membership I found this to be the better price through Amazon sellers. Thankful I found this, as I've used in many different recipes and marinade chicken - nothing else like it! Its unique blend is irreplaceable when you're accustomed to it in recipes.I only wish it had healthier ingredients or I would use more often (it contains high fructose corn syrup : ( ) But it IS delicious and versatile: )

I love, love, love this sauce for its flavor & versatility to add umami flavor depth to all my Asian & Hawaiian dishes. I add 1-2 tablespoons to stir frys, fried rice, even enchilada sauces, meatloaf, gravies. It adds rich flavor richness. Do experiment as it subs for or adds a slow cooked rich flavor of soy sauce, ginger, onion, saki like wine and a tad of brown sugar flavor and reduces the bitterness or tanginess of many dishes with tomato. My recipes with this secret addition are always asked for as family & friend favorites.

I love this condiment and have been using it for over 30 years. It used to be a staple at COSTCO, but they no longer carry it, and I have not been able to find it in any of my local grocery stores, so I was glad to find it here on Amazon. Does anyone know what the future holds for this product? Will it still be made?Anyway, its a great marinade for chicken, beef and shrimp. I love this stuff!

We found this sauce years ago and when our Sam's Club quit carrying it, we were heart broke. Found it on Amazon at a better price.

Have used this for years. Wish it were available at my grocery store.

I use it to marinate boneless chicken thighs overnight which I then grill and serve over steamed calrose rice. I then pour more sauce over the cooked chicken and rice. Simple, not too unhealthy in moderation, profoundly tasty and inexpensive. I could live off of this if I had to!
