CAP Barbell Roll Up Antimicrobial EVA Foam Mat

I purchased this mat to go under a treadmill in my shed. I wanted something thin and big enough to have some extra room for exercise. So far it has held up well. Got if for a great price and am very happy with it. The photo is of my dogs helping flatten out the mat. They approved of it.

Great quality and fast delivery. The matt is much larger than i though which was a welcomed surprise for the price it costs.

I use these in my basement in case it gets flooded as I never know when my basement will spring a leak and these are very comfortable, very light weight, and easy to clean.Most of the ones I bought lay flat but one absolutely refuses to lay flat no matter what I do. Don't know why.

I bought this mat originally from another place for my spin bike and trampoline, its perfect size, wanted to get another one but they didn't carry it anymore, so found it on amazon for the same great price, $26! I put the 2nd one in my spare bedroom which is my work out room now, the other one is in my garage with the spin bike, I do barre and trampoline on it, it rolls up easily if you want to get it out of the way, and wipes down easily, great find!

However, one of the mats I purchased would not lay flat even after placing 45lb weights it kept wrinkling. If it wasn't under my functional trainer I would have returned it. The other mat I purchased was perfect.

I bought this to put under my freestanding punching bag so it wouldn’t move around and to also have a little bit of cushion to do push-ups and sit-ups during my workout. Came as expected and advertised. Quality feels good and it is perfect for my needs. It’s not super thick but I didn’t want it super thick so it’s great for me and I can’t beat that price. Last forever it may not. Last a long while it definitely will. Would buy again. Might buy another just to expand my area.

This is a great mat for walking around and standing on for weight training, but I use it to rollout and stretch before/after my lifts too. For any flooring you want to do pilates/yoga/floor exercises on spend a longer dollar and get thicker material. 5 stars because I got exactly what I paid for.

I originally bought this foam to use for foam work on a costume but when it arrived, I found the foam to be cheap, low density, and littered with pinholes. Not features one needs for foam crafting. So, warning for cosplayers. The foam is so thin and low density, I don't think I would recommend sitting heavy exercise equipment on it, either, as it will tear easily. Maybe a bench or light equipment. It is a perfectly good exercise mat, which is what we are using it for. It does provide enough cushion for extra comfort.
