Excellent product, first time I've tried the ksm-66 version of ash. Excellent energy, increase in body heat, all the typical things you'd expect from thyroid stimulation. In addition I can feel the cortisol suppressing effects, although it's not as pronounced as the standard extract version from NOW. A great pre-workout supplement, and does seem to give a small boost to test as well.

I don't go a night without taking this. As someone who struggles to relax my body and mind enough to fall asleep ina. reasonable timeframe, taking Ashwaganda has consistently smoothed that over for me. I've tried many different natural sleep aids like Magnesium, but I'd highly recommend this product especially if you're looking for natural ways to promote better sleep.

My doctor has had me on all kinds of meds for anxiety over the years, and some were addictive. I finally got off them and decided to try natural supplements. L-theanine takes the edge off but doesn't take away all the anxiety. I am taking the ashwagandha twice a day at 500mg each, and it is working for me. I have been on this for six weeks, and I have no anxiety at all. I am in disbelief since I have dealt with this issue for over ten years. I realize different supplements work for different people, but I would strongly recommend trying this if you have anxiety. This is an adaptogen so people with thyroid issues or autoimmune issues should check with their doctor first.

I’ve tried several different ashwagandha brands and they don’t do anything to me even if I’m consistent for weeks… I feel no effect.I 100% feel the effect of this brand. I will never stop buying.

I felt calm, but almost vegetative. Terrible brain fog. Crazy dreams when I took it at bedtime, and woke up feeling tired.

The product is as advertised, but my body doesn’t seem to like it so I won’t be continue it to use it.
