Exactly as described. I put it on my average sized 6 year old and it fit good. I just didnt like the way it looked around the neck, that it said somone elses name on the name tag, and it had no pockets or loop holes to hold anything.

No pockets!
Adorable! Love the feminine Peter Pan style collar. It is not a shirt, it is like a mini-skirt dress. The one thing I did not like is that the pockets are make-believe, they are painted on, so there is no place to store the included tools. I am going to try adding Velcro to attach the tools, instead.
