Received in fast. Item was true to size. I wore day they arrived on 3 mile walk. I did sweat more than usual. Since I retain fluid and have trouble sweating unless I work out like a beast I was very happy with item only gave I 4 stars because I wish it was about 2-3 in. longer in waist line.

I got the XS in hope that it would be tight enough for me to sweat during a workout. The XS is a bit big - about 1 inch on each side. I am petite...size 2 or 3. I decided to wash it in hot and put it in the dryer. I am happy to report that IT SHRUNK!! It now fits perfectly. I do sweat in it but not as much as I imagined.

I love all products from Delfin Spa! I have three of their shorts, their contour pants and their high-waisted capris! I have enjoyed all of them over the last 6 months as they have held up well with exercise and repeat washings. However, this top missed the mark somewhat.I love the fact that it is a tank top because in the winter, I could use it under my clothes for warmth in the Northeast winters. However, the way the top is made, it goes high up on the back of the neck, and continued to fall down in the front. I ended up being hunched over from the pressure of the top of my neck. I hope this makes sense. When I ordered it, I was a size 16/18, and was looking for a little compression, and it ran a little big, even for me!! I would have kept it anyway had it not been for the way the top was designed that hurt my neck. It was really an odd piece.

First time buying the top from this Brand and although I have only used it once, in that one time usage after 45 mins on the Ellipitical, I perspired 3 times the amount I would have without wearing the top. Its a bit of a struggle to put on and eventually remove but it is worth it!

I chose 4 stars for this top because it is too large in the shoulder area. It fit fine everywhere else, but I will have to buy something like Strap Trap (which Amazon sells) to make the racerback tighter. If I were to pull the shirt down to fit on my shoulders, I end up having Major cleavage and no support. So, over all, it's a minor flaw. I am 5'3, 36dd and I ordered a medium.

It does what it says it is going to do! You will be dripping within 15 minutes of a moderately strenuous exercise. I used it for the first time while doing a sprint routine on the treadmill. I noticed water drops on the treadmill belt itself and once I was done it kept working!! I love this workout outfit. Will be using it at least twice a week with some of my routines. I don't feel I need to use it daily as I workout 5 x week. But twice will be great!

I wasnt sure what to expect or what size to order. I ordered the XL but I wish I would have ordered the L. I could always return/exchng them but I'm thinking I may just order the large anyway. The smell is odd even after washing. Pls know it does say hand wash but the first time I did put in the washer then hung dry.

Oh well, I loved it when I initially received it, because it hugged me well. I'm glad to have lost some weight so now it lost its compression effect and I purchased another similar item but in a small instead of medium. And my steady weight loss is making that item not as tight as I wished. But will still wear them both, regardless. May just have to take them in with my trusty sewing machine somehow, to make it fit again with some compression.Can't complain and don't wish to gain weight to have them fitting me snug again.

Not true to size. Fabric is horrible, like wearing a wet suit.
