The first day I ordered my shaker I got an email from the founder, Tyler. I thought to myself that it was just an automated email so I didn't think anything of it.I then received my shaker and tested it out for about 2 days and I really liked it. The bottom capsule can fit up to 3 scoops of my protein powder with no mess. The cap where the mouth piece takes a bit of strength to open but I would rather it be like that so that there are no leaks and when I shake my bottle, it feels very secure. I'm 4'11 and 100 pounds so if I can do it, you definitely can. It fits 20oz of liquid which is awesome. Every morning I would prepare 3 scoops in the capsule and after yoga I just fill it with water and pour my protein powder and shake. I then quickly wash it (VERY EASY TO WASH) and fill it with water and a couple drops of my essential oil and that's what gets me through the day.So I get another email from him asking how I liked it and I thought it might be another automated email but I still responded letting him know I liked it but had one tiny little problem with it. The problem didn't hinder me from still using it or anything but when I gave him my feedback, he took it with authenticity and took care of me 130% through. He really believes in his product and it is so clear that he wants his customers to feel the same and those are the people you want to purchase from. I also have the black one and I absolutely LOVE it! :)

I use this for Pre and post workout drinks only and don't travel with it so I can't comment on its powder compartment or ability to not leak during transit. What I can say is neither leak. The could be double walled for better insulation and no exterior sweating. The only major differences between the two (aside from colors) is the Vali cap threads very easily and the Metal Mixer cap does not to the point of being frustrating. But the Metal Mixer comes with a stainless steel shaker ball and while there is one in the picture for the Vali it does not (even the description says it doesn't need one). Both lids need to be cleaned thoroughly. The key to making the perfect shaker is double walled like the YETI cups, a stainless steel lid (with decent threading) and a stainless shaker ball. If either of these products go that route then that will be perfect at least for my needs.

I love this mixer bottle!!It comes with its own cup and mixing ball. It is very light weight and it is big enough for a proper shake - full 24 ounces!It is good quality, it is very well made and from high quality materials. The body is made of stainless steel and the lid is BPA free plastic so you know you're not ingesting any nasty chemicals along with your healthy shake.The mixer is also dishwasher safe - I really do appreciate that. And it has a life time guarantee - you know the seller truly stands behind their product.I drink a lot of protein shakes like Soylent and I mix up juices with matcha tea. I always have trouble mixing everything together in a uniform solution, especially when I'm using cold water as the powder doesn't necessarily dissolve properly. I've never had that problem since I started using this mixer. My shakes always com out perfect with no lumps.Finally, I was lucky enough to receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. The only problem with the Metalmixer is that after 5 days of use the paint on the mixer started to come off. now i can see the silver underneath the black painting all round the rim of the mixer and on the surfaces in patches. The paint got all over my computer maybe its something that the company can look into. Other than that, it works fantastic. I gave it 3 stars since Amazon was kind enough to give me a refund on the product.

Good shaker. I bought it because of the aluminium body and it works fine, and the bottom container is very practical. I gave it 4 stars because of two issues. First, because it's made from aluminium, when you mix a cold liquid in it your hand freezes, making it harder to shake. Second, there are some plastic "fan blades" attached to the lid that I couldn't take off which makes it difficult to clean it completely. Overall a decent shaker.

Great bottle! It lasted me a while and was easy to clean, there was never a stench in this bottle. Only take back is that it can't handle the dishwasher, I put it in once and rubber at the bottom of my bottle peeled off. Everything stays in it's just extremely uneappealing now.

This is a really nice mixer, doesn't bleed flavor into water for at least a few days of sitting which is better than any of the plastic ones I have used. Only complaint is that the lid came with a long scratch in it.

The unit falls apart but still functions for my purposes. The company should have left the bottle bare metal because the paint is coming off. Also the top rim/ring came off. Looks like it was epoxied on but after throwing it in the dishwasher, it just came apart.The reason this still gets 2 stars even though it looks ghetto now is that IT DOES NOT LEAK, it mixes well, and it gives no plastic smell or taste.
