AFTERMARKET FORD Focus (98-04) Window Regulator Repair Kit / Rear Right

The process was always going to be as you have to get the wires torte when redone lso it takes time to do but patience and perseverance means I now have working rear windows for 28 quid rather than a mechanic ordering brand new parts and motors and charging 215 per window to fix I saved myself basically 400 pound doing this motors were not broken so didn't need replacing just the cables and plastics that come in this repair kit. Well worth the time and effort to save yourself alot of money for a mechanic to charge you over the odds.

the kit itself is perfect and well worth the money. while there is no instructions, it's a simple kit.I found the plastic wheel to be oo large to fit but as the one one was OK, I used that.took me days to figure out how to finish off the fitting but in the end it was simple

As described and fast delivery. Easy to fit, just tight getting the cable in against the spring pressure, but that is how it is meant to be. Works like new. Thanks

I purchased this product purely as a trial to see how this would work based on price and an alternative to purchasing the whole read window regulator assembly, which is considerably higher priced.The kit arrived on time and with non-descript packaging. It would be really nice if the kit shipped with instructions as it has 2 different length cables and unless you take the time to see which cable goes where you will never get it installed correctly, secondly the plastic part that hold the window glass in place is a just a bit smaller, but still works. Again getting the cables and springs into the assembly takes some effort and time. The replacement wheel for the motor included would be hard to replace as it is held in place with metal.Having said all the above, purchase the kit and save yourself a ton of money. More than worth the price!!

bought this when the regulator broke on the wifes focus, was a little apprehensive as to how easy it would be to fit but in practice was probably easier than wiring a plug! the only recommendation I would make to anyone doing this is to first take a good luck at how the cables are routed and wound onto the spool before you start and ensure you have an extra pair of hands available as this makes the job much easier.this kit does the job at a fraction of the price of a new regulator from ford or an independent supplier and still a third of the price of one from the local breakers if they had had one.recommended
