Pros-Great quality materials-Easy to use/clean-Versatile-Great for singles/2 person familiesCons-VERY SMALL. The biggest "tray" is about the size of a dinner plate. The wok is the size of a cereal bowl, and the other basket is just a little bit bigger than a cereal bowl.^Pro of the con: With that being said, I understand why they made them small, as I see them being used for sides/appetizers. You can just divvy up your sides/appetizers between the 3 and that's that.. (con: more cleaning) BUT, it really respects the fact that people have different sized grills, and the benefit of the small size is that you have more room for your meat/main course, and know that your sides/appetizers are protected in good quality materials.

I had a grill wok I had been using for years to grill cut up vegetables. It was enamel-coated steel and served well until the enamel started chipping. Then came the rust. I do not like rust-flavored vegetables.I replaced it with this product. I figured with three pieces there are more options. And I am a huge fan of stainless steel in general. No rust. No babying it like with non-stick coatings. Scratches just don't matter.After using this several times I like it. It stops food from falling into the fire. When it gets dirty, even super-caked-on dirty, I scrub it with steel wool then put it through the dishwasher. Comes out clean every time. Did I mention it cannot rust?There may be individual products out there that are a better size than anything in this set, especially if you want to cook a large amount of small stuff on the grill and need a larger wok. But this seems to work well enough for most circumstances.

I use these on a Weber jumbo smokey joe, and these fit great! You can use two of them at a time, still grill peppers on the side, and get the lid to close all without a mess. Perfect for sauteing mushrooms in the bowl, while grilling salmon on the tray. A+

Trays are nice but are smaller than I expected not a family size maybebig enough if grilling for for one two people. Wash up nice.

These are really great quality - and easy to clean. Perfect weight. A quality purchase.

Great to make putting things in and out of our smoker easy! You can pull out meat to check temp easy and close the lid while you do it to help hold temp! Food can get proper smoke with transferring on and off grates and in and out of pans. Makes different steps seamless.

I bought these as a gift for a cook/chef that loves outdoor cooking on grills and smokers when the weather permits.The gift (this product) was and is a smashing success.

The set looks nice, you could grill and serve in it. It will be better if the metal will be thicker, so it would not cool very quickly. Or you need the preheated ceramic plates to serve.
