Don’t buy
I bought this dehumidifier in July 2023 and now may 2024 and the code indicates out of refrigerant and can not be fixed without having a technician fix the leak and recharge the system. In 2020 I purchased another one that also leaked out the Freon one month after it was out of warranty. $1000 for junk

I purchased 2 of these machines, in 2018, one of them gave me a low freon code within 6 months... I tried to reach the manufacture for warranty or some sort of help.... there is none available.the other machine just quit last month.... it is throwing a sensor code. I am searching out a refrigeration repair man to see if we can get at least one to work out of 2... for the amount of use these machines saw, vs the cost of the unit, and lack of available help from the supplier and manufacture i will be seeking out a different unit.

I own 4, 2 failed around 3 years with E3 Error
I have multiple properties with basements that were damp. Prior to purchasing one of these units, I purchased the regular home use version without an auto pump. When I found this unit and started using it, it was fantastic. Auto drained, turned on and off, was built really well and just worked. It worked so well that I've purchased four at this point. But here I am to report that 2 of the units have gotten an E3 error which renders them useless. Both of the failed units failed around the 3 year mark. I reached out to customer support who through some back and forth asked me to send the unit back which just ins't possible as it's 90 pounds. The decided that even though it was out of the 1 year warranty, they would replace it and they did. Then my second unit failed, I reached out and they told me there's nothing they can do.So at this point, I expect all of my units to fail around 3 years and am now looking for another brand to purchase since I can't rely on this long term any more.

Failed after 14 months
Refrigerant gone after 14 months in use. "Customer service" phone room is apparently located in the Philippines. When I called (and finally got through) the language barrier was significant. Went through troubleshooting steps on the phone, but no resolution. I really thought I was buying a Dri-Eaz. My mistake. My last Dri-Eaz, which I got second-hand, lasted for years with no problems. I won't buy this brand again.
