I use this for therapeutic baths. Helps with sore muscles and promotes better sleep. I mix magnesium flakes with baking soda.

This is a great product for diy magnesium sprays and soaking in the tub! Really high absorption, I noticed a huge difference in my sleep the first time I used it! However if you are magnesium deficient (like most people) start small, it can cause irritation to your skin if used in high dose!

I love this stuff! It has So many Benefits that I use it and I use a Pure Magnesium Zechstein Spray Oil. I find them to be virtually indispensable to my Skin and Muscles being as Healthy as possible. If you deal with Eczema or any Skin problems, this is another Amazing Product, along with Epsom I Salts, that can seriously benefit your life. It may sound dramatic to you but, I’m simply stating what I personally get out of it. I can’t afford to stock up on it but because of this fact, I will go lengths of time basically forgetting to use it or Epsom Salt and my Skin will end up getting pretty bad before I remember, “What am I doing?” ( Haha!) and get some. Melted down some flakes in boiled water and poured into an amber glass spray bottle for bedtime. I use this spray on myself and my children at bedtime, a couple of sprays on the bottom of their feet and a few on my legs. This helps everyone wind down & keeps my RLS at bay. My restless legs would keep me up at night as I couldn’t get comfortable enough to fall asleep. This has helped tremendously. Did not experience any itching.

I bought this to make DIY body spray and body lotion. It's great, since I've started using this in my spray I'm sleeping much better at night and have had significant improvement in restless leg symptoms.

Love these bath flakes, they dissolve nicely in the tub and are overall really nice to soak in. Will be buying again.

I don’t recommend this brand to any one .the quality is very poor.

I waited a long time for this to become available because it seemed like a better value, but was disappointed. I don’t know if the jar I received had an issue or what, but there were zero visible flakes inside and it looked like mushy, clumpy salt. I exchanged it and went back to the NOW mag flakes.

Je rerire une étoike pour le très long délai d'attente pour (shipping), mais ce dernier était précisé sur la page. Retrait d'une étoile aussi parce qur je suis plutot sceptique à l'effet qu'il y ait vraiment du sel rose de l'hymalaya dans cr produit. Ce sont bel et bien des cristaux de chlorure de magnésium. Je les utilisé dans le bain, Jai fabriqué delhuile de magnésium et une crème hydratante à base d'huile de magnésium avec ce produit.Not sure at all there pink Himalayan salt in it, but those are magnesium chloride flakes, as expected. Minus a star for the extremely long shipping time. The advertised two months shipping time was respected, but still long! Use in bath, as magnesium oil and in DIY body lotion.
