Collet came loose.
I was trying to make red oak raised panels. I turned my router down to 10000 RPM and put a lot of German torque on the collet. It still came loose. Do not use this product on hardwood.

What I expected for the price
Cope and stick bits seem okay, get what you pay for. Raised panel bit is junk, smoked on first test cut, assuming sharpness was the problem.
