Love that it cleans before I even wake or after I put everyone to bed due to scheduling on app

Can't set it up and fake support number. It won't connect to WiFi on Android phone or iPad. When I tried to call the number on the book it was a different company that said they keep getting calls about the vacuum cleaner. It can't find its dock and won't stay put on it without the wifi. After 2 days of trying I finally got it set up. It doesn't clean well. It goes haphazardly and never goes back over the places it missed. Using the remote it's supposed to map out a route. It only maps out a 2 ft square then goes back to the dock. I tried several times. Don't waste your money.

Good deal, works pretty good. BUT- will not work with the phone app if you have anything other than 2.4G. Will NOT work with 5G.

This has to be the worst vacuum I’ve ever bought. It is horrible with alignment and it is not a good product to have. I’d rather spend the $1200 on the real thing can spend 60 $80 on a garbage vacuum like this one. This company is not a good company and does not have a good product if you don’t care about what you buy or your money or just want something light to eat the garbage up and throw it out somewhere else in your house or get stuck all the time or not know where it’s going and go over wires and obstacles and get caught all the time and this is the perfect vacuum for you. This thing has no sense of direction it gets caught on everything it doesn’t do 100% of the work they say it does. It’s not a good product.

A very good product! I didn’t expect much form this budget vacuum. I bought this as a secondary vacuum for my son‘s house. I have a much more expensive model and brand for my home. However, after using this a few times, I was very pleased with its performance. So I decided to keep it and give them more expensive one to my son. I had to recommend this product, especially for the money. I don’t think you can go wrong very easy to set up on Wi-Fi and very easy to connect to the app. Highly recommend.
