Work just fine

Product priced right, sent promptly, and will work well on an aging electric typewriter. I could not ask for, or expect, more. TY

Purchased in conjunction with set of ink ribbons for a Smith Corona Deville 265 electric typewriter. I found installing this correcting tape to be cumbersome as it likes to come unspooled very quickly and then after successful installation it's effectiveness in correction is intermittent. At times one stroke will erase the error, at other times it takes multiple strokes. In the end, this was purchased as a novelty to revive an old type writer that I had inherited and I am generally satisfied.

This item works fine.

I am so glad I found this! There are still times when a typewriter is needed and, well, errors happen.

Product arrived intact, however when I went to install on my typewriter, the tape broke. I would think it needs to be a bit stronger, I installed the second tape handling it far more gently!

Thanks for selling this hard to find item. Works perfectly with my Smith Corona typewriter.
