The inside pleasure and screaming fulfillment this simple bag has reintroduced into my training is noticeable. I poured rice into mine and can only say the downside of this bag is the weight. If you have weak walls, consider a smaller bag. But a major stress reliever to have that does the job of taking your punches.

Ordered genuine leather. Got PVC/vinyl. Seams are sloppy. Poorly-made. Contacted seller. Seller told me I ordered PVC. The item description said, "genuine leather." I'm not even going to argue with people who pretty much tell me I'm stupid. Seller told me I could keep the item as, "a gift from my mother." They claimed she made it with her own hands. Okay. Well, mom should probably put her glasses on in the morning because the seams on this thing are swerving worse than a drunk driver. It looks like it was made by a 6 year old. Maybe it was. The zippers are cheap. The item I received is not what is pictured, by the way. The item pictured looks like one of the wall bags you can buy at everythingwingchun.com. The item I received is a sloppy, poorly-made knockoff. You can probably get a vinyl/PVC wall bag of better quality at everythingwingchun.com. Don't fool with these people. You won't get what is pictured. Again, the zippers are very cheap on this thing. The canvas is flimsy. It's not worth the price, at all. I'd say $10 would be a reasonable price for this thing.

These are absolutely fantastic. I have them filled with playground sand. I am a practitioner and instructor of Xingyiquan and this has become my favorite striking pad by far. I prefer it to my Bob full torso punching bag as the response of the duck and leather surface filled with sand is phenomenal for conditioning. The addition of faux leather to the face means I can strike these with bare fists / palms no problem. The construction, flap and zipper in the rear and anchoring of the D rings is all excellent. Highly recommended.

High Quality hanging punching bag. The best I've ever owned ... filled with copper-coated BB's. Beware of the fill you use - it can make the triple bag quite heavy. I decided on filling only the center compartment three-quarters full with the BB's because it's quite heavy. However, the construction of the punching bags and their heavy stitching should prove to be very durable. Happy Training!

This punching canvas wall bag is the best!! It is very well made and my 11 year old son uses it everyday for getting out his energy. It is getting much more use than his Everlast punching bag. We have it on the hallway door frame on the way to his bedroom. Perfect spot and this is perfect for boys!!

I've been using this bag for only 3 weeks, and every time you punch it, sand comes out of the zipper, making a huge mess. Also ,the top connectors broke off tonight when I was doing a work out. I use it for 30 minutes a day 5 times a week, so after just 15 uses, it is rendered useless. Since the point of the bag is to get punched, it's basically defective in its sole purpose. Do not buy!

I love these bags. I find that the quality of these bags exceeds any of the other bags that I have purchased.

One of the best training purchases I've ever made for Wing Chun. I've filled each tier with a different substance for different resistances (aquarium gravel, rice, pinto beans). I've had a few fellow students over and everyone's agreed the bag is well-made, and the synthetic leather isn't abrasive and allows for plenty of drill time without unnecessary discomfort.
