Hoping for relief from tingling and numbness
These have some good ingredients such as CoQ10 and magnesium that some say help to relieve nerve problems like tingling and numbness. I thought I would give them a try and while I haven't noticed a difference yet, I haven't been using them very long so it may take a little longer. I like that they are made in the USA, although it is from globally sourced ingredients. They come in a jar that is sealed with a tamper proof seal and has the expiration date printed on the bottom. They are slightly larger than some capsules but not so much so that they are hard to swallow. They also don't create an after taste that I can notice. I have included a picture of the capsules with a quarter to help you get an idea of the size.My philosophy is that, for a rating system to be effective, the highest rating and the lowest rating should be reserved for a relatively small percentage of the best and the worst products. I DON'T take into consideration prices or issues with shipping. I stick to a fair and honest evaluation of the product itself. Following is each of the five categories of *stars* and how I assign them to a product:***** Five stars - Exceeded my expectations. I really love it!**** Four stars - Met my expectations. I like it and recommend it.*** Three stars - Average- some pros but some notable cons.** Two stars - Disappointed- few pros and too many cons.* One star - Terrible! Stay away from it!I don't often give five stars for something unless I really love it and I rarely give one star. Hopefully this helps you to understand why I gave my star rating to this product. Thanks for reading my review! I hope it has helped you.

Vital Nerve Relief Supplement for Tingling & Discomfort
I just started using this. I am hoping it helps with my restless leg problem that persists at night usually, making it difficult to sleep. Although restless leg is not listed as something this product is for, the ingredients are good for that problem. I buy a lot of stuff based on the ingredients, and not always what it is marketed for.So far it seems to be helping, and with the 30-day supply I should know for sure if it is good. Definitely worth a try for anyone because the price is very reasonable.

Appears to have helped with some back pain from a long bike ride.
I've only been taking this a few days, shortly after a long bike ride I did. The instructions are simple enough... just take 1 a day. My back pain seems to have been reduced, so this may be effective after a few days after all.The primary ingredient is Magnesium Glyconate, which is a known relaxant, among other benefits. But it has a bunch of other buzzworthy ingredients in its proprietary blend. I think it's fairly effective for the short time I've been taking it.The size of the pills are acceptable and easy enough to swallow.

No aftertaste
It's really hard to review vitamins and supplements! What I can tell you about these is that the pill is pretty big. It did not leave any after-taste a tall. No burping or upset stomach. I can't speak to the pain relief yet, but I'll come back and update later. For the cost when I got this, it's not a bad deal. The value for the money is there. The ingredients are not listed on the bottle, which isn't a huge deal, as long as it works.

Saw results when combined with exercise
I picked these up because I have a little lingering nerve damage and pinched nerve from some old injuries which causes constant numbness and sometimes burning/tingling in my right shin and some numbness in my left hand. After 15 days I've noticed a slight improvement in feeling in my leg and hand but it's only very slight. I have also been exercising more, so it may be a combination of factors. The capsules themselves are easy to take and are made with high quality, certified ingredients. The price was pretty good for the 30 day supply I got. But as far as the value for effectiveness, most of the ingredients are pretty common except for the ALA (alpha lipolic acid) which I need to research, and with very minimal results there might be stronger/more effective supplements out there for a similar price.Overall I like it though and will keep taking it or something like it.

Promising Formula
The first thing I noticed about this nerve relief supplement is the well crafted, promising formula. The proprietary blend contains an impressive list of effective ingredients. Taking the capsules is easy with a drink of water. It tastes and smells fine. My stomach feels ok after taking it. After a few days I'm noticing some effects to include a decrease in tingling. Also, fewer flare ups that make me miserable. It's helped get me through each day more and more. I think it's a fair value for the performance. However, I would wait for it to go on sale before I buy it again.

Only 1 Capsule a Day, GMP Certified, 3rd Party Tested, and Made in the USA
This has some good ingredients to help support my nerves. I like that it has a combination of Magnesium Glycinate, ALA, Butcher's Broom, Turmeric, and L-Carnitine, and CoQ10. It is manufactured in a GMP certified facility, 3rd party tested, and Made in the USA. I take one capsule a day with breakfast and so far I believe it's helping my circulation in my feet. I'm on my feet all day and this is where most of my nerve issues develop. One bottle provides a 30 day supply and the capsule is easy to take with no bad aftertaste. It does however contain magnesium stearate which I would prefer it not be in there. Overall, it seems like a good supplement with all the testing needed to ensure the quality is what's in this supplement.
