This box works, only wish the screws were a bit longer and it being transparent. I need this box because my electrical box is sitting quite far back behind the wall. The screws will reach, but ever so slightly. Since this is not transparent, it's hard to align the screws with the holes to even begin tightening the screws. This is the only reason for the one star deduction.

Used this in a 1930's house 3-gang box that had the hard to bend old heavy gauge wire. Had to cut in half at opposite corners to be able to slide into box. Worked great. Will order again in other sizes when updating more electrical boxes.

Fit my three gang box well. Great concept for extending depth of box. Glad the longer screws come with it.

The extended box was easy enough to install. The build quality is good as well. I really have no complaints expect one of the screws fell out of the shrink wrap before it was delivered.

Installed and leveled out a light switch after 18 years of wonky.

If your planning on using this extender at it's max range of 1.5" the included 1.5" screws aren't long enough need like 2" long.

These box extenders work perfectly when installing a tile backsplash. Longer screws are included which saves a trip to the hardware store.
