I bought that cable to finish a mod in one of my pc cases. Ribon cables are generally great to use in a compact and tight area, so that's where it was useful. I used the ribbon cable to connect my status display from the interior of the case to the GPU in the exterior port.The length and flexibility were just perfect! As shown in the picture, the cable was routed in a manner to be deemed invisible(the cable shown in the middle is the GPU's cable and can'tbe helped more than this). I'll definitely buy this ribbon cable again when I start a new PC build with a status screen.

Have no idea how this has so many good reviews. This did not work with lebula 7 (https://www.amazon.com/Lebula-Portable-Monitor-Raspberry-1024X600/dp/B07X575WWC). Constantly got no input signal. Upon comparing to the smaller size ribbon cable that this was supposed to be replacing. The pins are offset. Can only assume contact is not being made with the hdmi port. I even bought the CY CYFPV (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M0A9H62/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) that was recommended that didnt even work. Going to reach out to seller before asking for refund but 1 star unless I receive a working ribbon cable.*Edit* Amazon sent a replacement still doesn't work. Tried connecting to PS5/Laptop/Desktop all with no input to the raspberry pi screen. When I use the 3in flat ribbon HDMI cable the screen came with all works well. Maybe this just isn't the right type of cable for what im attempting to do.Returned...

The hdmi ribbon I was using was too short. I was able to remove the existing ribbon cable and easily install this ribbon cable in its place.This resolved my problem for probably 25% of the cost compared to having to buy another complete ribbon cable assembly.

Cable (and two matching HDMI connectors) works fine when using 1280x720 resolution (720p) with Raspberry Pi. I couldn't get it to work with any higher resolution (1080p works fine though when I use a normal HDMI cable, so I'm sure the limitation is this ribbon cable here). I would expect this to be clearly stated in the product description, so giving 3/5 stars only.

Drey - I personally need to go a size up, works well though love that these disconnect and can be reconnected.I use it on my camera rig to shoot video sometimes CurlyBunny :)

HDMI, especially for higher resolutions, requires differential pair routing which usually means pairs of wires twisted together, with very carefully matched impedence (resistance between the 2 lines). If you have a very specific application and are going a short distance, it should be fine, but in theory this is not how HDMI is meant to be run. Plus these are $1-2 at Arrow.

Das Kabel habe ich benutzt, um ein HDMI Signal durch das Rohr meiner Steadicam zu schicken. Es war das einzige Kabel, was ich gefunden habe, womit man ohne weiteres die Stecker wieder abklemmen kann. (das kann man auch mehrmals machen).Trotz der dünnen Beschaffenheit ist die Bildqualität top!

Before purchasing this product, I searched online and offline to get replacement HDMI connector for Chromecast but no luck.This product came to my rescue, as nearby local shop person successfully replaced HDMI connector with this. It's not a straight method to have it on Chromecast but requires skills to desolder to remove small board attached and solder on Chromecast board.Attached pic is my old Chromecast with this HDMI connector replacement done now.Broken earlier only, not from this connector!Product quality is good but overpriced.
