While working on a client’s face, the device did not stop functioning as expected. The heating element turned extremely red-hot, leading to a burn, and the water splashed out uncontrollably.Even after turning the device off, it took a very long time to cool down, causing further water spillage and burning the cups. This situation was unsafe and highly concerning, especially during a client session.I kindly request immediate attention to this matter to ensure it does not happen again.I need refund pleaseBest regards,

Heats up quickly and sturdy. Much more efficient than my old steamer which was triple the price! ComeS with a magnifying lamp aswell. Great buy.

This steamer never worked from the day and hour I bought it. The element heats up but no steam. It’s really dangerous. The light is great though but the steamer just doesn’t work.

I am not happy with this product .It looks really good , and I’m impressed with the attachment light .Apart from that I wouldn’t recommend this product.It keeps cutting out , and now it’s stopped working all together .I haven’t had it long , I would now only buy a steamer from a beauty website .As these are not durable .

constantly cuts out after about 10 days the steamer started cutting out, steam comes on for a short while then cuts out between 1 and 3 minutes.Checked everything, unacceptable performance for a beautician that relies on it have to return the unit and request money back already ordered a new unit.Please stop this unit being sold as something is not right with it, others have had the same problem looking at the comments.Cannot trust it anymore, sorry.

Received my item and it simply did not work to start off with. I thought I would need to return it however I changed the fuse and everything is fine now.

Had the item for 3 weeks and was loving it until...the steam stopped coming out of the nozzel and began escaping right above the timer dial. The steam, by this time, was scalding hot and therefore extremely dangerous. I'm just happy not to have been harmed in any way by this. I realise that this could be 'one of those things' and would not presume that all of these machines are defective. Luckily, because it was within 30 days, it is being returned for a full refund (of which Amazon where most helpful). Had the item not been faulty, it would have been a 5 star review. Sorry!
