This Paper Towel Holder is very easy to use, the quality is very thick, it is convenient to use, the family said it is very good, I like it very much!

stainless steel with good quality and its early to assemble that . the holder can give some pressure to make easier when I teared the paper of the role. It does not waste paper at all. and looks nice on the table and not too heavy. recommended .

No assembly instructions, every time you touch it - leaves a fingerprint, once assembled (took two of us and about 10 minutes) it sticks on a large paper towel roll and prevents it from turning.

Don't understand what the metal arm suppose to do. Its just there, not touching the paper towels

Definitely not a one-handed situation. Large double rolls of paper towel, like those purchased at a warehouse store do NOT fit no matter how loose you make the arm. Would not buy or recommend.

Not as expected

Have to hold top when pulling towels off. The spring does not work effectively.
