Good cream cheese replacement
I always use it to make creamy sauces or in bagels and it's really good. It doesn't have that greasy feel some vegan cheeses have! It may be a bit thick for salads.

Sadly, this did not taste like what it was meant to taste like (cream cheese), but rather like what it actually is (vegan cream cheese replacement). I tried it once and was relieved when after a few weeks I found it to have gone off and I could finally throw it out. For now, dairy products and the lack of tasty alternatives continue to prevent me from becoming vegan :(
