it arrived 1st time with a A320 chipset motherboard which is far from the B350 motherboard I was expecting, I spoke to Chris and he arranged to have it uplifted and swapped to the correct B350 motherboard which was good, they originally sent me A320 motherboard box (I guess to show me it was new) when they sent pc to me 2nd time with new B350 motherboard installed they didn't send me the box so I wonder now if this was a used B350 motherboard, however it's working and I have warranty so should be okay, everything else was as it should be with the pc, it was for my son and he seems happy

My second PC from Cyberpower and once again no problems at all . Delivery was on time , build was nice and neat with the pc up and running in a few min. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bought and received in just over a week. Everything nicely assembled and neatly cabled. PC as per specs and happy with the purchase.

The pc lives up to most of my expectations, I cant say I am not happy with what I got but the motherboard I received was an A320M, I was left with the assumption that it would have a B350 PC MATE based on the questions and answers. luckily this doesn't effect me but be aware of this.

Great value for the kind of power you get, and although the case was a little hard to negotiate when setting up (the HDD slot being inside the metal panel and not the see-through panel), I managed to easily set this up. It plays many of my games at high quality with even higher frame rates and I’m very happy with the build and quality. The manufacture, CyberPower, were really helpful and I was able to contact them directly very easily, even upgrading my delivery was easy with them. According to Steam VR Performance Test, the system is very much capable of VR usage, however I have yet to use the full equipment with it, I trust the build is a good baseline for VR gameplay.

For the price I paid, the power I get from this is amazing. This is my first time with dedicated graphics, and I'm just in love with it. A minor issue I had was that the WiFi card didn't work well. Until I realised that antennas were supplied. Plugged them in, and it works fine now.
