Would not work with iPhone 16 pro max
Couldn’t get it to work with the iPhone 16 Pro max. It just flopped around all over the place. Tried everything including calibration checks and realigning the magnetic Mount.Will try a different gimbal, I’ve read that some gimbals struggle with heavier phones.

Insta 360 support is woeful, item doesn't seem to be properly stable
I ordered this directly from Insta360 and noticed that the phone tilts downwards even after callibration. I contacted them directly and they were not helpful at all. I explained this was needed for a trip next week and so i was looking for an urgent exhange and they just left me without a response for 20 minutes. In the end i have contacted them for a faulty refund as it also arrived damaged. Considering how much it cost I am quite annoyed at how it came with damage, and didn't seem to work properly.I have ordered a new one via Amazon instead as it will come faster, but i have concerns that the magsafe phone holder (the flat thing) shows in the images for this but doesn't appear in the description anywhere.
