Good Bike Rack.
I had some problems installing this bracket on my car mainly because my rear window is not surrounded by metal, which makes it more delicate, I have a 2017 Mitsu Outlander and the windshield is designed so that these side hooks do not stick properly to the car despite the well-hooked side bottom straps and upper straps, the handle is not as stable as I thought, in Chicago there are a lot of holes on the road so you can ride a bike so uncomfortable so you have to drive slowly, but I checked the same handle with my friend who has Nissan Rougue and in him this handle is very good, overall the handle is good, I like it but I will probably return if there are such further problems with these hooks. In the promotional picture is presented Toyota Higlander, and on this car you see it is easier to put on these cufflinks, hooks on the frame of the bike are very well made and secure bike, but these cufflinks on these straps should have a padded sponge inside to not draw varnish, this is important especially in new cars.

Not Safe! Be Careful.
First time using the product. The straps that hold the bikes to the rack just ripped and snapped off. Almost lost a bike on the freeway. After pulling onto the shoulder and inspecting the other straps, noticed they were all ripping in the same general area.

Didn't work for my Acadia
The product is nice. However does not fit my Acadia. It will not stay in place and slides. The bottom clips do not stay either. I will be returning it.

Is good but you need to be carefull
The bells untight wgile driving, sometimes clips come out. The clip scratch paint of my car

Easy to attach to car and holds bikes well
It’s a great rack for the price. Metal attachments to car have potential to hurt car paint, we’re just going add some tape to them to soften them. Easy to attach to car and holds bikes well.

It works but...
I only used it 4 days so far. I bring my son to high school in the morning with the bike in the bike rack and he uses the bike on the way back. I drive on the highway and back roads. When I go over a speed bump it moves a lot. Also, I can't use the straps that latch at the bottom of the car door. I can only use the top ones and the side ones. My car is almost the same as the one in the picture.
