BEYOND BROTH Organic Vegan Vegetable Instant Sipping Broth | Keto, Gluten Free, Whole 30, and non GMO | (Variety Pack) (9 Pack)

I was so hopeful I would enjoy this broth and its flavor, but such was not entirely the case. I purchased Beyond Broth’s Rosemary-Thyme instant soup, but I felt that the dominant flavor came from beets (and the color of the broth was beet-red in color), with just a hint of rosemary. This broth (let’s call it what it is : instant soup) had a very earthy flavor, and for my palate it was not altogether agreeable. There was a bit of heat, I suppose from the cayenne (the last ingredient indicated on the packet label), but this was not intense. Looking again at the ingredients on the back of the packet, of the 14 ingredients listed, rosemary is the 11th ingredient indicated, and thyme is the 12th. I perceived no thyme flavor at all. Likewise, I could detect none of the following flavors used to make this instant soup: sweet potato (the first ingredient listed, also: carrot, broccoli, garlic, spinach, lemon, parsley, and celery seed + sea salt and black pepper. I tasted only beets with a hint of rosemary. The consistency was quite thin, and as indicated on an included “how to prepare” card, yes, it was necessary to (continuously) stir the liquid, as the bits and pieces of the mix quickly sink to the bottom of the 12-ounce mug. So, there you have it. The description sounded delicious, but I was not very impressed with the flavor. Others of you reading this may enjoy it.

I really love everything about this broth!I made the decision to try this broth because:1. it is vegan2. it contains no ingredients that are not whole food. (Ever look for veggie broth without oils, sugar, etc added?)3. I got to try all 3 flavors...I got one packet of each of the 3 flavors free (for paying for shipping)This is my personal favorite but I did enjoy them all. I love to drink this broth as a mid afternoon snack, and especially during this time I so appreciate the immunity boost.I have also used to help flavor veggie soup, stir fry, etc I did see that people had commented that the broth was "gritty" but the fact it was made of real food helped me get past that. Just stirred it a time or two while enjoying it, you know? I mean... ever used those hot cocoa packets and not had sediment at the bottom of your cup ??Thanks you to Beyond Broth for this VERY tasty, HEALTHY option! No more bouillon cubes or the like for this girl! Once you have had the best you can't go back! Do yourself a favor and try it.

Beyond Broth is a fantastic product. If there's anything that bugs the heck out of me, it's a really healthy food product that tastes terrible or doesn't live up to a good sounding name. All three of these blends are slightly different but equally tasty.I can't imagine hitting more categories than Gluten Free, Soy Free, Organic, No Sugar Added, Vegan and Kosher. But actually, if you're on Dr. Steven Gundry's Plant Paradox Diet, these blends are also lectin-free. (The Vitality blend has cayenne as the last ingredient so it's not 100% lectin free, but close.)A lectin-free diet is a very difficult diet and it's exceptionally hard to go out to eat or travel. These broths are perfect for trips.They're also delicious used as a vegetable dip or blended into shirataki noodles with olive oil.Highly recommended! I always keep a bunch on hand in my cupboard and keep one in my purse in case I'm out an about and hungry. It's always easy to get a cup of hot water somewhere.

I loveeeeee broth and soups. I was excited to try these because it was a good, healthy, yummy snack. It’s easy to make since you just boil water abd throw it in but the flavors weren’t as strong as I’d like. There is low sodium so it’s healthier but the flavor is a bit bland because of it. I spruced mine up with some seasonings and sauces.

Not a great flavor/taste

I like the taste. Can be a bit gritty. Wish every flavor wasn't red. Like I wanted to throw it in some chicken soup but it just seems gross to have red chicken soup, ya know? But as a stand alone broth its pretty yummy. I add tea kettle water to it. Can be a bit gritty. Seems genuinely healthy. If you're super health conscious it's good to have around/good to curb salty snack cravings. I go for this when I want to binge eat a bag of chips

I don't know I'm torn and would probably give this another half of a star but I just think this is too expensive for what it is. I bought these for backpacking which I do think they will come in handy. Each packet makes one coffee cup sized cup of broth. The taste is good, but not great. could use more salt/seasoning. I like that it is organic (and vegan) , I am sure the cost to make is high but I cannot believe I just paid almost 40 dollars!!! for 18 small packets that were sloppily thrown into a box that wasn't even half filled. why even bother with the box? save trees and cut the cost of your product instead. I really would like to try the other flavors but IDK if I can bring myself to pay that again....

It's rare to find a culinary product that my body responds to with pleasure, that evokes a sense of my well being. The Immunity broth has a hearty aroma and an earthy taste (without being salty). Beyond Broth has become an integral part of my self-care regimen with 2-3 cups interspersed throughout my day. To know that Grace and her team have created, with evident love and care, such a healthy broth out of organic vegetables and herbs that can be delivered to my door with no effort on my part is quite amazing. I appreciate how portable the packets are, and this morning placed a stash in my car so they are there when I need them. There is really nothing like sipping a fine broth, and this nourishing and tasty creation is the real deal.
