Something happened to the lotion/ very runny

Bought an extra soothing cream for a trip. But when I opened it, it was dripping out! Absolutely diluted! I have another one I using that I got from Cliniderm directly, and it’s a much thicker cream. I wouldn’t buy this cream via Amazon.

I’ve been using this cream for over a decade, but this was my first time purchasing from amazon and it is off. There is something wrong with this cream- it’s not cliniderm. Very runny and not moisturizing.
