Q: The top says there are no synthetic fragrances, but the list of ingredients states "fragrance" in it. Is there or isn't there added fragrance?

Benzaldehyde is a fragrant ingredient (it's part of the aldehyde family used in many perfumes). It can be synthetic or organic, but chemically they are exact same thing. I think it's included here for fragrance purposes, as it smells like almonds. Benzaldehyde can cause contact dermatitis, so if your skin is sensitive, you may want to avoid this product.

Q: Why aren't any of these bottles sealed? I went to buy one at a local store and none of them were sealed.

I would also like to know this. Three years later and they are still not sealing the bottles. I ordered one and it was leaking. Got a replacement and this one was also leaking.

No, it is not certified organic, nor is it certified non-gmo. I called the company on 9-12-22 and confirmed both. I'm switching to another, truly PURE and NATURAL, product!
