These Gloves fit perfectly and work well. I've been using James Grage's Undersun Fitness as my strength training program via its training App four years now. I took his recommendation to always wear some sort of gloves while using the bands but had never been successful in buying a pair until now. Very popular gloves for a reason. The gloves work perfect, are thin and light weight, but offer great protection for your hands and are thin enough on the index fingers so that you can use your phone while wearing the gloves. This saves time in your workouts. Very comfortable and are made of strong materials plus the closures work so perfectly. Well worth it if you like to use Resistance Bands instead of Free Weights.

Just what I needed for my Resistance Band training

My hands get a bit irritated and rubbed sore when using flat-style resistance bands. These gloves are full-fingered and made from a thin material and a SMALL amount of extra padding/firmness where the pressure from the bands is greatest, namely from the inside of the index finger down and around the inside of the thumb and on the outside of the hand up along the pinky. I think there could be much more padding in the index/thumb area without sacrificing the flexibility of the gloves. I've done two workouts recently where I compared these gloves to a pair of rubber padded gloves I use for gardening and found both seem to provide the same amount of protection from rubbing and irritation. The Undersun gloves do breathe more easily, however and do allow me to use my phone/table without taking the gloves off. I normally wear medium sized gloves and find these fit snuggly and are not bulky. A nice plastic ziplock-style pouch is included to store the gloves. I think extra padding would help justify the price of these gloves.

I train with resistance bands and these definitely does a difference. Could do it with gardener gloves but without the smoothness and flow that these pair offer.

I have been using these nearly everyday for 8 months with the Undersun bands and am very impressed with the quality, to date there is very little sign of wear and tear.Size guide is accurate too, nice fit not too tight or loose.
